The electric power transformer is a long cyclical product, which marked with power, voltage and current parameters. However, it will take some trouble to people if the marks will fall off or disappear after some time,or some electric power transformers have no mark.
Here are some judging parameters methods for unmarked electric power transformer.
First, identify the electric power transformer.
1. From the appearance, iron transformer cores of the electric power transformers can be divided into two types of E-shaped and C-shaped. The electric power transformer with E-shaped have shell structure (iron core wrapped coil), and use D41, D42 high-quality silicon steel for iron transformer cores. The electric power transformers with C-core use cold-rolled silicon steel for iron transformer core, which is magnetic leakage, small size, core structure (coil wrapped core).
2. Identified from the winding number, the electric power transformers have two common windings, i.e. a primary and a secondary winding, it has four terminals.
