How to Selected Distribution Transformers According to Application Environment?
 1) In normal medium conditions, we can choose oil-immersed distribution transformers ordry type transformers, such as industrial and mining enterprises, agricultural construction substation independent or attached construction, residential and other independent substation. There are many types of distribution transformers to be choosen, transformer S8, S9, S10, SC (B) 9, SC (B) 10 and so on.
2) When in multi-storey or high-rise main building, we should use non-combustible or flame-type distribution transformers, such as the SC (B) 9, SC (B) 10, SCZ (B) 9, SCZ (B) 10 and so on.
3) In dusty or corrosive gases places where it seriously affect the safe operation of the transformer site, we should select distribution transformers or sealed transformer, such as BS 9, S9 -, S10-, SH12-M and so on.
4) Non-flammable oil high and low power distribution equipment and non-oil distribution transformers can be installed in the room together, then the transformer should be protected with IP2X housing, to ensure safety.
