Material : We use prime CRGO silicon steel sheets with the thickness of 0.23mm to 0.35mm.

It is toroid and wounded in the same direction of closed flux path, no magnetic leakage, so its magnetic performance is best of all. The coil winding is easy and high efficient by toroidal winding machine. Scientific annealing process is adopted to achieve excellent magnetic performance.

We adopt EDM Cut Technology to gap the cores under strict process control to reach low loss and noise. Spacers are adjustable. We imported Banding machines from USA to keep the gapped cores mechanical and electrical reliability.
